SaSie, the free affirmative consent app from SafeDate, LLC is an agreement between any two parties which brings users into compliance with most university and college requirements, as well as with most state laws regarding affirmative consent.

Unlike some colleges Affirmative Consent policies, SaSie requires a balancing of conversation and provides the framework to equally share the responsibility of consent between two people.

SaSie allows you to avoid the confusion and drama of Affirmative Consent in a climate where there is so much riding on getting it right.

Dont be caught unaware. Sign a SaSie agreement, and be a part of the solution.

Simply read the agreement, snap a photo of your ID, and sign using your finger as a stylus. SaSie does not collect data or keep any data at all when you delete an agreement from the app, so we can honestly say that your personal information is yours and yours alone. We believe your agreement and the details should be kept private, and SaSie is designed to do this.

SaSie IS the consent conversation that couples should be having both on and off campus. It is inclusive, sensitive and respectful of different cultures and communication styles, and yet still manages to educate about important aspects of Affirmative Consent that should not be left open to interpretation.

In conjunction with the "Its On Us" campaign to end sexual assault on college campuses, Affirmative Consent has since swept campuses all over the United States, even being passed into law in the States of California, and New York. New Jersey, New Hampshire, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania are crafting Affirmative Consent legislation, with more states soon to follow.

Parties who enter into an agreement, must be over the legal age to contract as required under the law of the state in which this agreement is executed. This is age 18 in most U.S. states, but age 19 in some U.S. states, including Nebraska and Alabama.
